Abstract
Dynamic of Land Use in Maetom Watershed, Omkoi District, Chiang Mai Province between 2002-2018 aimed to 1. Study the land use in the years of 2002-2018 in the area of Maetom basin, Omkoi district, Chiang Mai province, 2. Study the land use in the quality class of Maetom Watershed in the year of 2018, and 3. Study the change of land use in Maetom Watershed, Omkoi district, Chiang Mai province at three periods (1st Period (2002-2010), 2nd Period (2010-2014) and 3rd Period (2014-2018) . Years 2002 and 2010 this study was carried out by using the land use data from the Department of Land Development, and the visual classification method in the years 2014 and 2018 from Thai Chot 1 Satellite imagery (7 types), including: Forest area, Vegetable plant/rotation farming, rice terrace field, Standing/Fruit trees, Wasteland, Community and Water resources in. the total areas of 166,821.58 rai(s) at Maetom Watershed.
The results of this study found that the land use in the years of 2002, 2010, 2014 and 2018 showed it having forest areas of 149,260.37, 140,036.70, 130,737.23 and 122,600.95 rai(s), respectively. Also, It was found also that the forest area has continuously decreased by a total of 15.98 percent of watershed area. It showed an increase of vegetable plant/rotation farming areas at the highest level of 3.50 percent, followed by the rice terrace area (2.51 percent).
For the land use in the quality class of Maetom watershed in the year of 2018, it found that it consisted of 5 classes (1A 1B 2 3 and 4 at areas of 3.68, 0.65, 12.69, 63.62 and 19.36 respectively). The watershed class 1A has had 84.26 percent of forest area and 15.74 percent in other areas. The watershed class 1B has had 82.40 percent of forest area and 17.6 percent in other areas. The watershed class 2 has had 81.10 percent of forest area and 18.9 percent in other areas. The watershed class 3 has had 77.23 per cent of forest area, 0.62 percent of standing tree/fruit tree and 22.15 percent in other areas. The watershed class 4 has had 53.88 percent of forest area and 41.26 percent of agricultural area. The change of land use in Maetom watershed, Omkoi district, Chiang Mai province at these different three periods from 2002-2018 found that the forest and wasteland areas have been decreased by 15.98 and 1.16 percent the highest decrease of vegetable/rotation farming being 13.50 percent, rice terrace at 2.51 percent, standing tree/fruit tree at 0.25 percent, community at 0.78 percent and water sources at 0.08 percent, respectively.
พลวัตรของการใช้ที่ดินในลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อม อ.อมก๋อย จ.เชียงใหม่ ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2545 - 2561 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในปี พ.ศ. 2545-2561 บริเวณลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อม อ.อมก๋อย จ.เชียงใหม่ 2) ศึกษาการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในชั้นคุณภาพลุ่มน้ำพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อม ปี พ.ศ. 2561 3) ศึกษาการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อม อ.อมก๋อย จ.เชียงใหม่ 3 ช่วงเวลา ได้แก่ ช่วงที่ 1 ปี พ.ศ. 2545 – 2553 ช่วงที่ 2 ปี พ.ศ. 2553 – 2557 ช่วงที่ 3 ปี พ.ศ. 2557 – 2561 โดยปี พ.ศ. 2545 และ 2553 ใช้ข้อมูลการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินจากกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และปี พ.ศ. 2557 และ 2561 ใช้วิธีการจำแนกด้วยสายตาจากภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมไทยโชต 1 เป็น 7 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) พื้นที่ป่าไม้ 2) พืชผัก/ไร่หมุนเวียน 3) นาข้าว 4) ไม้ยืนต้น/ไม้ผล 5) รกร้างว่างเปล่า 6) ชุมชน และ 7) แหล่งน้ำ ลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อมมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 166,821.58 ไร่ ลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อมมีพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 166,821.58 ไร่ พบว่าการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน ปี พ.ศ. 2545, 2553, 2557 และ 2561 มีพื้นที่ป่าไม้ 149,260.37 ไร่ 140,036.70 ไร่ 130,737.23 ไร่ และ 122,600.95 ไร่ตามลำดับ และพื้นที่ป่าไม้มีอัตราลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่องรวมร้อยละ 15.98 ของพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำ โดยมีพื้นที่พืชผัก/ไร่หมุนเวียน เพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุดรวม ร้อยละ 13.50 รองลงมาเป็นพื้นที่นาข้าวร้อยละ 2.51 การใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินในชั้นคุณภาพลุ่มน้ำในพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อม ปี พ.ศ. 2561 ลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อมประกอบไปด้วยชั้นคุณภาพลุ่มน้ำ 5 ชั้นได้แก่ 1A, 1B, 2, 3 และ 4 มีพื้นที่ ร้อยละ 3.68, 0.65, 12.69, 63.62 และ 19.36 ตามลำดับ โดยลุ่มน้ำชั้น 1A มีพื้นที่ป่าไม้ร้อยละ 84.26 เป็นพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ร้อยละ 15.74 ลุ่มน้ำชั้น 1B เป็นพื้นที่ป่าไม้ร้อยละ 82.40 เป็นพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ร้อยละ 17.6 ลุ่มน้ำชั้น 2 มีพื้นที่ป่าไม้ร้อยละ 81.10 เป็นพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ร้อยละ 18.9 ลุ่มน้ำชั้น 3 มีพื้นที่ป่าไม้ ร้อยละ 77.23 พื้นที่ไม้ยืนต้น/ไม้ผลร้อยละ 0.62 และพื้นที่อื่น ๆ ร้อยละ 22.15 ลุ่มน้ำชั้น 4 มีพื้นที่ป่าไม้ร้อยละ 53.88 เป็นพื้นที่การเกษตรร้อยละ 41.26 การเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินบริเวณลุ่มน้ำแม่ต๋อม อ.อมก๋อย จ.เชียงใหม่ 3 ช่วงเวลา ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2545- 2561 พบว่าพื้นที่ป่าไม้และพื้นที่รกร้างว่างเปล่าลดลงร้อยละ 15.98 และ 1.16 โดยมีพื้นที่พืชผัก/ไร่หมุนเวียนเพิ่มขึ้นมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 13.50 พื้นที่นาข้าวร้อยละ 2.51 พื้นที่ไม้ยืนต้น/ไม้ผล ร้อยละ 0.25 พื้นที่ชุมชน ร้อยละ 0.78 และพื้นที่แหล่งน้ำ ร้อยละ 0.08 ตามลำดับ
