การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ของกิจการผลิตและจำหน่ายอิฐบล็อก ในอำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

This independent research aimed to learn about logistics activities and cost of logistics activities analysis for the manufacturing and distribution of cement block in Chomtong District, Chiang Mai Province. This was done by using activity based on costing theory as the analysis tool. Independent interview was used to collect data about activities that had occurred and cost information resources that were used in the manufacturing and distribution of cement block in Chomtong district, Chiang Mai Province. In addition, the researcher interviewed 8 owners of the production and distribution of cement blocks in Chomtong district, Chiang Mai Province.

The researcher analyzed obtained data to arrange activities into logistic activity categories. Costing theory based on periodical activities was used as a guideline for cost analysis which indirect costs were allocated to each activity, and computed with a number of activities happened. It was found that logistics activities could be organized into 8 activity categories including customer service, order processing, transportation, warehousing and storage, reverse logistics, material handling, purchasing and packaging.

Regarding cost analysis, the researcher analyzed cost data of all 8 businesses for finding an average cost. It was found that the highest average total cost was the wage cost with an average total cost of 1,608,980.63 baht. The result of the analysis of the logistics activity cost showed that most expensive logistics activities ranked number 1 was the activity of shipping with a total cost of 409,515.02 baht. This was followed by the activities on orders of clients with the total cost of 316,876.31 baht, and received Portland cement type 1 bills with the total lowest cost of 2,813.79 baht.

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์และการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ของกิจการผลิตและจำหน่ายอิฐบล็อกในอำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยนำทฤษฎีต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรม มาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ ผู้ศึกษาได้เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงข้อมูลต้นทุนทรัพยากรที่ถูกใช้ไปในกิจการผลิตและจำหน่ายอิฐบล็อก ในอำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ นอกจากนี้ผู้ศึกษาทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการของกิจการผลิตและจำหน่ายอิฐบล็อกในอำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 8 กิจการ

ผู้ศึกษานำข้อมูลกิจกรรมมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมเข้าสู่หมวดหมู่กิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ และนำทฤษฎีต้นทุนฐานกิจกรรมตามระยะเวลาเป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน ซึ่งปันส่วนต้นทุนทางอ้อมเข้าสู่แต่ละกิจกรรม ด้วยการคำนวณกับชั่วโมงการทำงานของพนักงานที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละกิจกรรม หลังจากนั้นนำต้นทุนรวมของแต่ละกิจกรรมคำนวณกับปริมาณของกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้น

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สามารถจัดกิจกรรมเข้าสู่หมวดหมู่กิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ได้ 8 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ การบริการลูกค้า การดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า การขนส่ง การบริหารคลังสินค้า กระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ย้อนกลับ การจัดซื้อจัดหา กระบวนการเกี่ยวกับการจัดการวัสดุต่าง ๆ และบรรจุภัณฑ์และการบรรจุ การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรม ในด้านการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนผู้ศึกษานำข้อมูลต้นทุนของกิจการทั้ง 8 กิจการ มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าต้นทุนเฉลี่ย พบว่า ต้นทุนเฉลี่ยรวมที่สูงที่สุด คือ ต้นทุนค่าจ้างพนักงาน มีต้นทุนเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งสิ้น 1,608,980.63 บาท ผลการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ พบว่า กิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ที่มีต้นทุนรวมมากที่สุดเป็นอันดับ 1 คือ กิจกรรมการขนส่งสินค้า มีต้นทุนรวม 409,515.02 บาท รองลงมาคือกิจกรรมการดำเนินการคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า มีต้นทุนรวม 316,876.31 บาท และกิจกรรมการรับปูนปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภท 1 เข้าคลัง มีต้นทุนรวมต่ำที่สุด 2,813.79 บาท
