คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ประกอบการที่พิการ

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the desirable characteristics of successful entrepreneurs with disabilities and to study the types of disabilities that influence the relationship between entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial success. This study looked at persons with disabilities who received vocational training from the ASEAN Disabled Vocational Training Center. The Universal Foundation for Persons with Disabilities, Northern Region, comprised 453 examples using correlation analysis and an influence analysis of disability types on the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial success. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the analysis showed that the desirable traits of operators were highly related to success. It was found that the type of disability influenced the relationship between entrepreneurial traits and success.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ประกอบการที่พิการที่ประสบความสำเร็จและเพื่อศึกษาประเภทความพิการที่ส่งผลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการกับความสำเร็จในการประกอบการ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ศึกษาผู้พิการที่ผ่านการอบรมอาชีพจากศูนย์ฝึกอาชีพคนพิการอาเซียน มูลนิธิสากลเพื่อคนพิการภาคเหนือ จำนวน 453 ตัวอย่าง โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และใช้การวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของประเภทความพิการที่มีต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการกับความสำเร็จในการประกอบการ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis) จากการวิเคราะห์แสดงให้เห็นว่าคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้ประกอบการมีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงต่อความสำเร็จ และพบว่าประเภทความพิการมีอิทธิพลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้ประกอบการกับความสำเร็จ
