ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชน ของนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตร จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate: 1) identity and socio-economic of community enterprise; 2) explore level of knowledge of community enterprises; 3) needs of community enterprise knowledge; 4) factors affecting the need for knowledge of community enterprises; and 5) limitations and suggestions of the community enterprises of agricultural extension scholars, Chiang Mai Province. Data were collected by using with 122 samples and a questionnaire was used as a research tools.

Results of the study revealed that most of respondent agricultural extension scholars were female, average age 37 years old, graduated with a bachelor's degree in agriculture (Agricultural Extension). In the position of agricultural extension academic at the operational level has worked for 8 years and is single. The average income was 21,405.74 baht, with the average number of 3 family members on average. There was a training program to educate farmers about community enterprises. Liaison with community enterprises providing information about community enterprises to farmers and liaison with public and private agencies that support the activities of the community enterprise group 8 times a year had a high level of knowledge about community enterprises in all 5 areas, with the average level of knowledge of 20.57 points from 25 points.

Results of the study on the total knowledge requirements in five areas were at medium level. Has an average of 3.04 with details for each aspect as follows group and member management 3.09 marketing and customer management 3.27 productivity management and production supported work 2.98, management, accounting and finance 3.00, and community enterprise development and development towards sustainability 2.85.

Results of the study on factors affecting the need for knowledge of community enterprises were found that age and position there was a correlation to knowledge demand (sig <0.05). For the most common community enterprise knowledge demand problems, management, marketing and customer. And agricultural extension scholars gave a suggestion that the departments under the department have an enterprise knowledge training to agricultural promotion scholars once a year.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ และสังคม 2) ระดับความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชน 3) ความต้องการความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชน 4) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ 5) ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความต้องการความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชนของนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตร จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 122 ราย ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสุดและต่ำสุด และใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่ร้อยละ 95 หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระกับความต้องการความรู้ของนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตร ซึ่งได้ผลการวิจัยดังนี้

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 37 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากสาขาส่งเสริมการเกษตร อยู่ในตำแหน่งนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรระดับชำนาญการ มีอายุการทำงานเฉลี่ย 8 ปี อยู่ในสถานะโสด มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 21,405.74 บาท มีจำนวนสมาชิกครอบครัวเฉลี่ย 3 คน โดยเฉลี่ยมีการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรเรื่องวิสาหกิจชุมชน การติดต่อประสานงานกับกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน มีการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเรื่องวิสาหกิจชุมชนแก่เกษตรกร และการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนที่สนับสนุนกิจกรรมของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน 8 ครั้งต่อปี มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิสาหกิจชุมชนรวมทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยของความรู้เท่ากับ 20.57 คะแนน จาก 25 คะแนน

ผลการวิจัยเรื่องความต้องการความรู้เรียงลำดับความต้องการมากไปยังความต้องการน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านการตลาดและลูกค้า ด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มและสมาชิก ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านบัญชีและการ เงินด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านผลผลิตและงานสนับสนุนการผลิต และด้านการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนสู่ความยั่งยืน แต่อย่างไรก็ตามความต้องการความรู้ทั้ง 5 ด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

ผลการวิจัยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความต้องการความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชน พบว่า อายุและระดับตำแหน่ง มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความต้องการความรู้ (sig < 0.05) สำหรับปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความต้องการความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่พบมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการด้านการตลาดและลูกค้า และนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะคือ ให้หน่วยงานในสังกัดมีการจัดการอบรมให้ความรู้ด้านวิสาหกิจให้แก่นักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรปีละ 1 ครั้ง
