กระบวนการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกร ภายใต้โครงการฟาร์มตัวอย่างตามพระราชดำริ บ้านดงเย็น อำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

The objectives of this study aims to study the potential development process on the requirement of farmers under the royal initiated farm project, Ban Dong Yen, Chomthong District, Chiang Mai Province. The sample group consists of farmers in 5 villages : Ban Dong Yen, Ban Tha Ko Muang, Ban Sop Chaem Fang Say, Ban Bwk ha and Ban Huai Sapad, totaling 165 people. Focus group discussion, In-depth interview, training, and demonstration. were used for data collection. Results of the study reveal that informants need for animal production most, Chiang Mai Pradu Hang Dam – 19 persons and follows by crop production, Hom Thong banana – 11 persons. It is found that three of the informants have potential in agricultural production and the management of yield quality, harvest, marketing. Only 1 informant has potential in Hom Thong banana growing.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกร ภายใต้โครงการฟาร์มตัวอย่างตามพระราชดำริบ้านดงเย็น อำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเกษตรกรในพื้นที่โครงการฯ 5 หมู่บ้าน ได้แก่ บ้านดงเย็น บ้านท่ากอม่วง บ้านสบแจ่มฝั่งซ้าย บ้านบวกห้า และบ้านห้วยสะแพด จำนวน 165 คน โดยใช้การจัดเวทีสนทนากลุ่ม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การฝึกอบรม และการสาธิต ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรมีความต้องการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการผลิตสัตว์มากที่สุด คือ การเลี้ยงไก่ประดู่หางดำเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 19 ราย และการผลิตพืช คือ กล้วยหอมทอง จำนวน 11 ราย ภายหลังจากการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกรโดยการฝึกอบรมและสาธิตการเลี้ยงไก่ประดู่หางดำ และการปลูกกล้วยหอมทอง มีเกษตรกรที่มีศักยภาพในการผลิตในการด้านการจัดการเกษตร คุณภาพผลผลิต การเก็บเกี่ยว และการตลาด ในการเลี้ยงไก่ประดู่หางดำ 3 ราย และการปลูกกล้วยหอมทอง จำนวน 1 ราย
